Q1. Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are an office chair manufacturer since 1996.
Q2. What is your main products?
A: Our main products are office chairs. And we offer a full range of office chairs, including executive chair, secretary chair, home office chair, conference chair, kneeling office chair and so on.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is one 20 foot container. However, we welcome new clients and are flexible. We accept trial orders below the MOQ though pricing and terms may vary.
Q4. Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM service?
A: Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. You can customize logo embroidery or printing, material, color, packaging and so on.
Q5. Can I order a sample? How about the cost and shipping?
A: Sure, we highly recommend ordering a sample to evaluate our quality. The sample fee is 1.5 times as price and can be returned upon the official order. The shipping cost is at the clients’ expense.
Q6. How long does it take to make and ship a sample?
A: Sample production typically takes 5-7 days. Shipping via express carriers like DHL/UPS/FedEx usually takes 5-7 days.
Q7. What is your mass production lead time?
A: Our standard lead time is 20-30 days after receipt of deposit. This can vary based on order quantity and customization complexity. We will provide a precise timeline with your order confirmation.
Q8. What is your price term?
A: We typically quote based on FOB price and our shipping port is Shanghai. But we also accept EXW, CIF, DDP as well.
Q9. What is your payment methods?
A: We accept T/T or L/C. T/T is most common for us and our standard payment terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order while 70% balance against the B/L copy.
Q10. What is your warranty policy?
A: We stand behind our products. We offer 2 years warranty on the office chairs. If any parts damaged, we can provide for free together with your repeat orders.
